Learn more about StrategiQI joined StrategiQ as a UX designer in April 2024, as one of 8 designers in a company with 50 engineers and 5 project managers. I am actively involved in the discovery and kickoff phases of projects by gathering and analysing all performance data and SEO metrics to understand business objectives and identify potential solutions. I design wireframes and sitemaps that clearly highlight these objectives and proposed solutions, and then hand them off to the creative team for implementation.
I've grown tremendously in 6months, some key achievements of which I have listed below:

• Organised and led workshops to educate designers on have component base designs.
• Collaborated closely with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design components, improving overall project outcomes.

• Improved teamwork between design and development by implementing and documenting the design system, ensuring smooth integration into the codebase.

The current website needs to improve its user experience, particularly in terms of e-commerce functionality. Features like product finders, checkout processes, and subscription management need to be refined to enhance customer engagement and facilitate seamless online transactions.
Brand Elevation: As part of their growth strategy, "She Grows Veg" needs to elevate their brand story through video and content, ensuring it resonates with their target audience. This requires a comprehensive approach to brand messaging, visual storytelling, and consistent brand voice across digital platforms.
In my role with She Grows Veg, as part of Business Development & Strategic Planning, first I conducted a workshop with the CX team and the client to better understand their current position and their future goals.
Successfully conducted comprehensive consultations with the client to gather detailed information about the current state of their business, including existing resources, market position, and challenges.
Identified key business assets, such as product offerings, customer base, and digital presence, to gain a thorough understanding of their operations.
Drawing from the SEO sitemap, I designed the site map with the primary goal of enhancing user navigation and ensuring that the business objectives are prominently reflected.
The challenge was to create a structure that not only facilitates seamless user experiences but also supports the business's strategic goals, such as refining category-based search, integrating an advent calendar, and highlighting key sections.
By carefully balancing user needs with business priorities, I developed a sitemap that streamlines navigation, emphasises key content, and optimises the website for both usability and search engine performance.
MiroBased on the sitemap I designed, I began wireframing the landing page, recognising its crucial role in driving user engagement on an eCommerce website.
My goal in creating the brand identity was to build a clear and strong image that connects with the target audience and makes the brand stand out. I wanted the identity to show what the brand stands for and create an emotional bond with customers.
